Where/How can I purchase SpiderTech product?

You can place an order for Spidertech in one of 3 ways. Please visit the SHOP section of our website to do so, as follows: http://nucapmedical.com/pc/selectCountry.asp

1. FAX:  Once you visit the shop page, create a Spidertech online account and login, our Fax-Order-Forms will appear on the top right hand corner of that page. Once the appropriate form is complete, fax it over to us at 416-490-4001. One fax-form pertains to our Regular Line of Products (precuts, tape rolls, kits) and the other fax-form pertains to our Clinicpac Units. Items on our Regular Fax-Form are sold and packaged individually. Items on our Clinicpac Fax-Form are sold and packaged in bulks of 10.
   
   
2. ONLINE: Once you visit the shop page, register an account and login, the online order form will automatically appear. Please follow the steps until it is complete. You will receive an order confirmation via email afterwards. The form will ask you for a clinic name and tax ID#, but you just put your full name in the clinic field and type 111111 in the TAX ID field. Our Regular Line of Products (precuts, tape rolls, kits) are sold and packaged individually. Our Clinicpac Units are sold and packaged in bulks of 10.
   
   
3. DISTRIBUTORS: You may want to consider placing an order through one of our distributors. We have established master distributorship throughout all of North America, South America, Europe, South Africa, and Australia. It is probably best to go through one of our distributors so you can find a location in your vicinity. The cost may be less for shipping and you will avoid going through customs. Please note that we are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can view our distribution partners on the shop section of our website as well.

Can I become a distribution partner?

Can I get free samples for my office or my injury?

Unfortunately, we do not have a sample program in place, so we do not give out samples outside of shows. You might want to contact any of our master distributors to see if they'll support a promotion at this time. We have various distributors who you can contact directly for sample requests, information requests and to place orders. We are just developing our Event Support program which provides promotional materials to practitioners who have attended our training and become Certified SpiderTech Therapists. The program provides for samples and a display tent plus materials for hand out, but you do need to become certified first.

Do the Spiders come in kid-sizes?

At the present there is only one size for each of the Standard SpiderTech Applications. The primary method by which this form of therapy achieves its therapeutic benefit is through neurological mechanisms, and therefore exact sizing per say is not necessary.

The applications may fit different people a little differently, but the basic shape and the areas covered by the tape remain the same. For portions of the population which are either too large or too small for the pre-cut applications, we recommend the addition of SpiderTech Tape in the roll format.

You may want to try our Gentle Line of Applications. The Gentle tape is intended for people with sensitive and immature skin, including pediatric and geriatric populations. The Gentle tape is softer because it is made with a looser fabric and with a gel-like adhesive (rather than the acrylic adhesive) which was initially designed for the fragility of collagen in elderly skin.

You may also want to consider using our XYI Line which is available in all colors, including Gentle. X Y & I shapes replicate the most commonly used Kinesiology Tape Therapy forms. Each X,Y or I product can be applied independently or combined to create a complete therapy solution. These applications are ideal for the pediatric patient as the tapes are small in size.
